Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
Delivery & Returns
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI and also Northern Ireland has currently been suspended. Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD and UPS.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in UK. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
