What Our Delivery Terms Mean

Usually Delivered In.....

We physically keep the stock of products in our warehouse but due to the current high volume orders sometimes some items end up as out-of-stock. If the item/items are in stock, we aim to ship them on the next working day so it will be delivered within 1-2 working days but in the situation of out of stock in our warehouse, then that means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email. 

In Stock - Ready For Dispatch*

This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse and it is ready to be dispatched. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before 3:30pm. *Usually delivered in 1-2 working days. If you require a next working day service, please select option at checkout. Our team will handle your order upon your request. 

Add To Quote**

Some of our products can be bought on a Bulk Size basis, this will be shown as "Add to Quote"**. Our customers could prefer to add the products that they want to purchase and send a quote request to our team where our team will apply huge discounts for the bulk size order request from our customers.  

 

 

Most of our parcels are dispatched via UPS, DHL and DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other courier services including Royal Mail where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Royal Mail with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via DPD which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out.

Please note all delivery times are approximate, occasionally, delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologize for this in advance. If you require a delivery urgently by a certain date please contact our sales team quoting item description & product code.

Should you require your order by a specific date please contact our sales team who will do all they can to assist.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.

 

 

Firetech Welding Supplies is proud to offer free delivery on all orders to UK Mainland addresses for orders over the value of £50. For non UK mainland addresses your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Your delivery method is chosen based on the value of your total order. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, UPS, DHL or DPD.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, we do also offer direct delivery from some of our partnered manufacturers.

All UK mainland customers should expect to receive their orders no longer than 5 working days after their order is placed. If your goods have not been received after 6 working days, please contact us and we will investigate further. Please allow extended time for European deliveries.

DPD App

To take full control of your delivery we encourage all customers to download the DPD App from your phone app store. This will give you complete control over your delivery and allow you to track and manage it from the minute it leaves our warehouse.
